However, the situation changed during Black Friday. Online shoppers were most likely to buy from Best Buy, Macy's and Kohl's Corp. The profit margins of these three retailers increased by 7%, 5% and 5% respectively during Black Friday. Best Buy became the preferred online shopping platform for American consumers during Black Friday.
