Solve Amazon's negative reviews in three steps and save your conversion rate!


In the last issue, we shared “You’ll miss out if you don’t read this! You must try the free review-prompting app on Amazon!” This time, I’ll show you my best trick and teach you how to resolve negative reviews!

Most Amazon sellers will encounter negative reviews when operating their products, which is especially devastating for new products. The advertising performance is getting worse and worse, with only clicks but no orders, and the conversion rate plummeting, which makes sellers feel very disappointed.



Correctly handle negative reviews and effectively improve conversion rate

When old products receive bad reviews, please do this:

First:

Find the orders with negative reviews by name on the buyer's profile page, and contact the customer by email to resolve the issue. See if you can move the customer with sincere after-sales service and get them to update their negative reviews on their own.

second:

If a multi-variant listing encounters negative reviews, you can remove the negative review links by splitting the variants. Overseas warehouses handle inventory relabeling and re-listing.

third:

Delete negative reviews through service providers or use the “no negative reviews on the homepage” service to push negative reviews to the back pages.



When a new product receives negative reviews, please do this:

First:

For new products, try to participate in Amazon VINE activities to obtain green label reviews.


second:

After receiving negative reviews, sellers should turn off advertising activities. After a week, use the on-site review button to urge reviews with one click.


third:

New products can be directly processed as refurbished listings. As the name suggests, refurbished listings are to re-establish a new listing while retaining the inventory and sku of the previous listing. Here are a few methods for refurbishing listings:

1. Delete the original listing, use the old sku + new upc code to generate a new asin, then open a case to request customer service to refresh and re-match;

2. If the first method fails, add a step, first use the new sku + new upc to generate a new asin, then delete it, and the subsequent operations are the same as the first method;

3. First use the new sku + new upc to generate a new asin, then merge the new and old asins, keep the new asin, remove the old asin, and finally open a case for customer service to handle.
