This new feature can help sellers increase sales, increase conversions, and reduce returns. Sellers can add videos, whether they are registered brands or unregistered brands. Videos have become an important part of the shopping experience because they enable buyers to discover products, make informed purchasing decisions, and interact with creators and communities they trust.

Sellers can now add video content for each purchase step, such as product demonstrations, installation tutorials, and videos of the setup process. If you want to get more out of your existing content, consider reposting concise social media or website videos on your Amazon product listings or brand pages. You don’t necessarily need a large budget to produce high-quality videos. Instead, focusing on producing clear and authentic video content can help increase sales.


2. Amazon launches the world’s first integrated third-party cross-border first-leg logistics solution


Amazon's first integrated third-party cross-border first-leg logistics solution, Amazon SEND, has been officially opened to Chinese sellers. This will provide one-stop cross-border logistics services for cross-border e-commerce sellers. Currently, the service has launched an air freight warehouse mode and is open to cross-border e-commerce sellers in seven countries, including China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Germany, supporting the delivery of goods to Amazon's operation centers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, etc.

3. Amazon uses generative AI to summarize product reviews


Amazon will reportedly use artificial intelligence to help users find the right products. The e-commerce giant recently began testing a feature in its shopping app that uses artificial intelligence to summarize customer reviews of some products. The feature will also briefly summarize what consumers like or dislike about a product, and mark it next to the summary as "generated by artificial intelligence based on customer reviews." For example, the feature will summarize the Magic Mixies children's toy, saying that consumers gave positive feedback on the toy's "fun factor, appearance, value, performance, quality, charging and leakage."


4. Air quality in the United States has deteriorated dramatically! Masks and filters on Amazon are being snapped up


According to foreign media reports, as the smoke from the Canadian wildfires drifted to large areas of the northeastern and Midwestern United States, up to 100 million people across the country faced unhealthy air quality conditions. On June 7, American social media was filled with photos of "Famous landmarks such as Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, and the Yankee Stadium were shrouded in an orange-yellow haze."
