1.How is FBA’s storage fee charged?
Answer: The storage fee is deducted on a monthly basis. One month's storage fee will be deducted between the 7th and 15th of each month.
2. A certain product of our FBA suddenly has a large number of orders, resulting in a shortage. What should I do? It will take time to restock.
Answer: Once out of stock, the product will be unsalable, so buyers will not be able to search for the product. The most effective way now is to follow your own FBA listing, provide the option of shipping from domestic sources, keep the listing in a salable state, and arrange shipment as soon as possible. Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, use the FBA inventory to ship to the buyer in a timely manner.
3. I have placed several orders from EBAY, but there is a problem with the supplier. I still have some inventory in my Amazon FBA warehouse. Can I ship the orders from EBAY?
A: Yes, you can use Amazon’s function of creating multi-channel delivery.
4. If the account is closed, can the payment and FBA products in it be moved out?
A: Yes (unless your product is a prohibited product). After all fees are paid, the remaining payment will be returned to your payment account within 3 months. If you can still log in to your account, the products in FBA can be removed to your overseas warehouse through the remove order function, and then shipped back to China. If you cannot log in to your account, please contact customer service.
5. FBA refund, can we know why the refund was made?
Answer: There will not be a very specific reason in the background. If you want to know, on the one hand, you can use the order number to open a case to contact the seller support, but Amazon can only reply with a general reason, such as: customer damaged. If it can no longer be sold, you can ask Amazon to take pictures and send them to see the damage of the product; on the other hand, you can contact the buyer and ask why you want to return the product.
6.Why does FBA inventory sometimes show more and sometimes show less?
A: First of all, whether the quantity exceeds the actual quantity of your products or the inventory quantity is abnormal, there are generally the following situations:
A buyer places an order for your product, but the buyer eventually cancels the order (this happens but will not happen repeatedly);
Amazon has moved warehouses and reallocated your products to warehouses, which may also cause changes in product quantity.
System problem. As long as the quantity of products is correct when they are put on the shelves, any changes in quantity later are mainly due to Amazon's problems. If this happens frequently and even affects sales, it is recommended to contact Amazon in time to inquire about the specific reasons.
7. What is the weight limit per box for US-FBA goods? What should I do if the weight exceeds the limit?
A: US Station: If a package contains multiple items, the value cannot exceed 50 pounds; if an item exceeds 50 pounds, it needs to be delivered separately and needs to be indicated, with team lift indicated on the top and side.
UK Station: The weight of a single carton cannot exceed 15kg. If it exceeds 15kg, a Heavy Package label must be printed and affixed to the outer carton.
8. What should I do with the FBA inventory if the listing is deleted?
A: You can use the batch form to re-upload, try to fill in the required information, and re-upload. If you do not want to continue selling, then create a removal order or destroy it in the background after uploading to dispose of the FBA inventory.
9. Do I need to charge the buyer for shipping after selling FBA products?
Answer: This depends on whether the buyer is an Amazon Prime member, or whether the purchased goods meet the conditions for free shipping. This part of the fee is charged by Amazon and has nothing to do with the seller, so you don’t need to worry about it.
10. Because Amazon sent one less product in FBA, the customer gave a bad review. Can it be deleted?
A: If it is feedback, it is OK. As long as it is a product shipped by FBA, the negative review caused by Amazon can generally be deleted. You can contact Seller Support - Customer Feedback and explain the reason to let Amazon remove the negative review. If it is a review, it depends on the content of the buyer's review. If the content is irrelevant to the product itself and contains content that is not in compliance with regulations, you can also ask Amazon to remove it by reporting it.
