11.My FBA products have been removed from the shelves. I want to sell them on eBay. How can I do this? Can you provide a valid tracking number in the United States?
Answer: If the goods in your Amazon warehouse are still in a processable state, you can put the products on eBay for sale. After the order is placed, you can deliver the products by creating multi-channel delivery. Amazon will provide a tracking number during delivery, and this tracking number can be filled in your eBay account.
12.My FBA goods have been returned to the warehouse. What should I do if I want to dispose of them?
Answer: First, you need to determine whether your product can be repackaged and sold. If it can be packaged and sold, then you do not need to process it. If the product is damaged and cannot be sold again, you can choose to apply for destruction or create a removal order to move it to an overseas warehouse and then send it back to China.
13. For a product that is sold under FBA, will the label be the same regardless of the quantity? Also, does the printer have to be a printer that is specifically designed to print labels?
A: The product labels for the same SKU are the same! Suggestions for printing product labels: 1. You can use a laser printer and A4 self-adhesive paper 2. You can also use a barcode printer, and set the barcode format to 128B 3. Do not use an inkjet printer. Inkjet printers are prone to stains, resulting in blurred images, making the label difficult to recognize or scan.
14. The FBA products are divided into 3 warehouses. Can I delete the first 2 if I don’t want to ship them?
Answer: You can delete it. This is to avoid expensive logistics costs for the first leg, but it is not recommended that you do this frequently. After all, Amazon allocates warehouses based on your shipping volume. If you do this frequently, Amazon will probably send you a warning email.
15. Originally there were 20 units in FBA inventory, but now 12 units are reserved. What does this mean?
Answer: The reserved quantity is similar to an order in pending status. One possibility is that the buyer has paid but Amazon has not yet processed it. Another possibility is that multiple shipments purchased by the buyer are in different warehouses of Amazon, and Amazon is in the process of transferring them. Don't worry about it, Amazon will handle it.
16. FBA inventory is out of stock and currently shows inactive status. Can buyers who have received this product still leave me a review?
A: Feedback can be left within 90 days from the time the order is placed. It will not be displayed in the product detail page, but only in your account. Regardless of whether your FBA has inventory or not, as long as you have placed orders, those previous orders may generate feedback.
17. I am a registered individual seller doing FBA. I sent some goods to three different addresses. Why? Is it related to the fact that I am not a professional seller? How can I make sure that the goods are sent to the same address?
a. When converting inventory to FBA for shipment, it is normal for a batch of goods to be divided into multiple different FBA warehouse addresses. When we were doing a test before, a batch of 20 units of goods was automatically divided into 3 different warehouses by FBA, and our store was in the professional seller plan. So the warehouse division has little to do with the type of store.
b. Amazon's explanation of automatic allocation of FBA warehouses is: Based on the facilities, temperature, humidity and other factors of each warehouse, Amazon will intelligently allocate these products to the most suitable FBA warehouses according to the types of customer products. At the same time, Amazon's system big data will also evaluate the sales volume of this product, and then arrange this FBA product in those FBA warehouses that are closer to hot-selling or high-demand areas.
c. You can activate the warehouse consolidation service in the Amazon backend, but it can only guarantee that the same SKU can be consolidated. Multiple SKUs may not be consolidated, and there will be a fee for this.
18. Can there be a QR code on the outside of the product packaging?
Answer: There cannot be any labels other than the FBA label on the outer packaging of a single product, so it is not recommended to add a QR code. On the one hand, it will affect Amazon's scanning into the warehouse, and on the other hand, there are very few people using WeChat abroad, so adding a QR code is of no use.
19. If FBA products from different listings are to be shipped together, is it only possible to apply for combined warehouse?
Answer: This does not require warehouse consolidation. You can convert all the listings you want to ship to FBA delivery, then check them together and make up the shipment. If you do not want to have the same SKU in different warehouses at that time, you can set up warehouse consolidation in the background.
20. A customer's item has not arrived for more than 10 days, so he sent an email to Amazon. Amazon replied that there was a problem with the logistics and suggested that we refund the customer. I use FBA. In this case, will Amazon compensate us?
Answer: Generally, for FBA orders, refunds and returns are handled directly by Amazon, and sellers will not be asked to handle refunds. You can contact customer service to ask whether indicators such as the refund rate will be affected and how to operate specifically. It is best to ask these clearly. Also, Amazon will not compensate unless it damages your product.
