The seller said that he received this email the day after he registered his account. He was confused when he saw the email and didn’t know what review was triggered. The background only showed "Your account failed our verification process. Please check your email for more information."

Another seller said: Now when registering an Amazon European account, most people will encounter the second review, and the second review will start after the monthly rent is deducted. There are also many sellers who will trigger the second review and KYC at the same time . If you encounter this situation, you must deal with the second review first and then the KYC. The order must not be wrong . There are only 3 chances to appeal , so you must not make any mistakes when submitting the information!

3. When filling in the company name, address, and contact information, please use pinyin and it must be exactly the same as on the business license .
