The merchant star rating is a hierarchical system that comprehensively evaluates the merchant's willingness and ability to serve overseas buyers based on the four major capabilities of the platform merchant information display, communication services, transaction conversion, and contract performance guarantee. Introduction to Global Trading Assistant

     The Global Trading Assistant is affiliated to Shenzhen Jiangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. and is dedicated to store management on major platforms such as AliExpress, Wish, eBay, and Dunhuang (more platforms are being opened).

Function

The Global Trading Assistant has a series of functions from the initial product upload to the final order completion, including an inventory management system. According to the sales process, it can be divided into three functional sections: pre-sales, sales, and after-sales. Pre-sales product management mainly includes data collection, batch modification, online store interaction, batch SKU and other functions.

Data collection: When you see a product you like and want to sell it, but you don’t have the product data, you can collect product data through the Global Trading Assistant. Simply copy the link address. You can collect multiple products at the same time, and it supports multi-platform collection.

Online store interaction: It is too troublesome for sellers to move products between multiple online stores. Using the online store interaction function of the transaction assistant, you can achieve one-click move and complete a store in 10 seconds. New products can also be imported into the online store using the data package provided by the supplier, which is easy and convenient.

Batch modification: When multiple products need to change a certain attribute, manual operation is time-consuming and laborious. Use the transaction assistant to check the products that need to be modified in the product interface. You can select multiple products at one time and make the modification settings. The system will automatically complete all modifications to the selected products.


The order management part of the sales process includes online and offline delivery, printing of shipping labels, logistics tracking, automatic message leaving and other functions.

Online and offline delivery: supports multi-store management, no need to switch stores hassle, and is connected to most of the mainstream freight forwarders on the market. The delivery process can be easily controlled using the transaction assistant.

Print waybill: supports customized printing in multiple formats, print preview to view printing effects, batch print delivery notes, picking lists, software-generated package numbers, full-process product packaging tracking, and batch submission of waybill numbers.

Logistics tracking: Global Transaction Assistant uses the logistics tracking function under the Cainiao network, which divides all orders into orders waiting to be queried, orders not queried within 5 days, abnormal orders, orders that have not arrived in 37 days, orders that are about to expire and have not arrived, orders in transit, orders that have left the country of shipment, orders that have arrived at the destination, orders that have arrived and are waiting to be picked up, and orders that have been delivered. The complete system allows you to control your orders in real time.


After-sales customer management includes real-time communication with customers, one-click reply, evaluation, in-site message, etc., which brings buyers and sellers closer and allows them to understand each other more deeply.

The after-sales module can see the sending records, content, etc. in the Global Trading Assistant software, which facilitates multiple communications between sellers and buyers.
