The CPF logo indicates that the product has one or more sustainable certifications that help protect the earth, helping consumers easily identify and purchase environmentally friendly products, and providing a strong environmental endorsement for your products.

As consumers’ enthusiasm for environmentally friendly products grows, sales of products joining the CPF program have increased significantly. By September 2024, one year after joining the CPF scheme, product sales will increase by an average of 12% and page views will increase by 10%*. It is worth noting that among the more than 50 certifications, there is a small tree logo that is very common in daily life. This is also the only forestry certification system in the CPF program. Products with the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) small tree logo can be found everywhere. From paper towels, stationery, and clothing to yoga mats, furniture, and tires, wood and non-wood forest products appear in all areas of shopping, catering, logistics, office, and family life.

As of November 2024, among the 781 sellers in the world that have passed FSC certification and obtained the CPF logo, 280 are from China, accounting for nearly one-third of the more than 150,000 products on the shelves. The number of products has increased by more than 10,000 compared with April this year.


Amazon sellers can choose to become FSC certified companies or publicity license holders according to their own circumstances, obtain the "little green label" through FSC certification, and use the FSC logo for marketing under the premise of complying with regulations, further enhancing the environmental image and market value of their products.

How to obtain the green label through FSC promotion license?
  • Learn more about the specific requirements of FSC promotional license and confirm that your products are FSC certified products;
  • Submit an application for international publicity permission to the FSC China Office and provide relevant materials;
  • Obtain FSC publicity permission and use the FSC trademark for marketing within the prescribed scope;
  • Upload your products and supporting documents on the FSC Certified Products Portal to add the CPF logo to your products.

According to an Ipsos consumer survey, more than 60% of consumers want sustainability descriptions on products to be certified by an independent third party and believe that buying certified products helps protect forests.
