According to a new US consumer survey by BlackFriday.com, more than half of respondents (52%) said they are very likely to shop on Black Friday this year. At the same time, online shopping participation on Cyber Monday is expected to rise slightly from 59% in 2020 to 61% in 2021.
Data shows that 62% of online consumers say they search for deals or discounts before buying. In addition, 61% say price is the biggest deciding factor in purchasing an item.
