Amazon has released an important notice in the background these two days. The warehouse deadline for this year’s Primeday has been announced!

In the coming month of June, the following sites will gradually stop accepting Primeday inventory, namely Australia (June 1), the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Turkey (all June 6), the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia (all June 7), and Japan (June 13).


Currently, except for Canada and India, which have suspended Prime Day preparations due to the surge in the epidemic, all major sites are in the process of preparing for the membership day. Because overseas logistics and delivery are still affected by the epidemic, it is recommended that you prepare inventory for the big promotion festival as early as possible, and do not rush to warehouse it to meet the deadline. If there is a mistake, there may be nothing to sell on this membership day.


However, today's announcement did not reveal the deadline for the US site. It was previously revealed online that the US site may cut off the inventory for Member's Day at the end of May. Combined with the official announcements, this time is more credible. Sellers on the US site are advised to prepare holiday inventory while there is still time.

In addition to sellers who sign up specifically for the event, in fact, as long as they have inventory to sell, sellers of all sizes can participate in the Primeday promotion. Even small sellers can use free activities to attract traffic. Putting aside the warehouse deadline, what else can small sellers do to prepare for Primeday?


What you can still do to prepare for Prime Day


First of all, in terms of activities, the LD registration window for this year's Primeday ended last month. Currently, sellers can only participate in Primeday member-exclusive discounts and Primeday Coupons.

The registration deadline for these two free events is relatively late. The Member Day Coupon ends on May 28, and the Member Day Exclusive Discount ends 2 weeks before the start of Member Day. Apart from the event, the next period of time is the most important preparation period before the Member Day. Before the event schedule is released, everyone can do some work to make the schedule better. It is recommended that sellers with limited resources can allocate some resources to products with better sales, find the best performing keywords and products from the advertising report, and increase the bid for words with high ROAS but less display.


In addition to the daily keyword optimization techniques, sellers are also required to update keywords based on the actual situation of their products and Prime Day. For example, embed "gift", "present" and their derivatives or names in the keywords/descriptions to increase the chances of being searched and clicked by consumers during the holiday season. In the past, some sellers liked to add holiday corners to the main pictures, but now adding them may result in the event being withdrawn. If you are participating in LD and have a good schedule, it is recommended not to post it, in case of cancellation, the loss is huge. If it is a free event, you can still post it.
