1. Transporting prohibited items

Shopee Logistics will check the sellers' transportation of prohibited goods every day. Once a seller is found to have shipped prohibited goods, 3 penalty points will be added for each item. Prohibited goods guide directory: Notice of the State Post Bureau, Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of National Security on the promulgation of the "Regulations on the Management of Prohibited Articles". If customs and airlines find prohibited goods, they will be scored directly according to the category.

2. The seller ships an empty package or goods that do not match the order

Shopee Logistics will check the seller's transportation of goods every day. If the seller is found to have transported empty packages or goods that do not match the order in a certain number, the seller will be dealt with as follows: (The seller's store will be investigated for the reasons for transporting empty packages or goods that do not match the order while accepting the above penalties. If fraud or abuse such as fake orders is found, the seller will be punished accordingly.)
