Speaking of FB groups, everyone who does business with Amazon knows that this is a channel for off-site discounts. Many people still believe that its target audience is people with lower unit prices.

But as time has gone on, I feel like the purchasing power of FB groups has changed dramatically now.

A few years ago, when I first came into contact with the off-site promotion industry, I thought that just posting an advertisement in a QQ group would attract a lot of seller customers, and any post would have a good effect.

Also, no matter what product it is, as long as your discount is big enough, you will definitely be able to sell a lot of orders, and even many strange and weird products can sell well.

Maybe it’s the cultural differences between China and the West, or maybe it’s because the price of “made in China” makes foreigners feel that it’s too cheap .

However, in recent months, I have found that many products have low discounts and are not cheap, but products with good quality and good reviews have gradually occupied the majority of the orders. On the contrary, some cheap products have not seen any improvement in orders even at low discounts.

For example: (The following examples do not refer to these two products specifically, please do not take them personally, they are just examples)

Its price is $62.99, which is considered a high-priced product in the FB group. It has 45 likes, 21 comments, and 1 share. This is also pretty good, and the orders can reach 100+ on the same day.

This shows that FB groups are now also moving towards a better and more refined direction.

Compared with this product, the stainless steel straws are priced at only $3.8, but less than 20 orders were placed.

Some people may say that these are isolated cases. Yes, we will not debate this.

What I want to tell you is that FB groups are now starting to focus on product ratings and reviews, not just the discounts or whether the prices are cheap.

Through several years of off-site promotion experience, I found that the purchasing group of FB groups is constantly expanding.

Moreover, the price-performance ratio is getting higher and higher, and the tolerance is also becoming stronger. Many products that used to be high-priced can now be sold out, which was completely unthinkable before.
