31. Do I need to change the price of my product after sending it to FBA? Will Amazon follow my price or add another price?

A: The product prices are set by the sellers themselves, so they need to do a good job of cost accounting and then determine the prices of their own products. After FBA, the costs will increase, and the corresponding product sales prices should also increase. Amazon will not set prices for buyers, but will only charge buyers for shipping costs, but shipping costs have nothing to do with sellers.

32. Are there any requirements for the packaging of boxes for FBA? Does it have to be very flat? I packed a box of goods in a carton today, but the carton is a little small so it doesn't close well. Will it be rejected when I send it to the Amazon warehouse?

A: As long as the barcode on the outer box is not damaged, it will generally not be rejected. When shipping, sellers should try to seal the unclosed parts with tape to prevent the product from leaking out during delivery, and protect the outer box label to prevent Amazon from being unable to scan and enter the warehouse.

33. How to deal with Unfulfillable products in FBA?

A: You can ask Amazon to destroy the products, or you can create a removal order to remove the products to the overseas warehouse and then send them back to China.

34. Can I ask Amazon to help with labeling?

A: Yes, you can go to the backend and set it up in "Settings - Amazon Logistics - Select Amazon Labeling Service", but there will be a fee (0.2 USD/piece), which will indirectly increase the product cost. So unless there are special circumstances, it is recommended to label it yourself, after all, it doesn't take much effort.

35. If I keep the FBA listings available for sale during the holidays and adjust the non-FBA inventory to 0. Then I log in to my mailbox at home to reply to the email, but I can't log in to my account. Will there be any problems with these operations? If there are AZ, Chargeback, system review and other things, will they not be handled ?

Answer: If you only keep FBA products during the holidays, you generally won’t encounter many customer service issues because Amazon will handle all refund and return issues. However, you will need to handle emails from buyers and account review issues in a timely manner.

36. I want to send samples to the top reviewer. There are samples in the FBA warehouse. Can I let FBA send them directly to the writer? How to do it?

Answer: You can use the multi-channel delivery function created in the Amazon backend. Please refer to Question 21.

37. If you want writers to buy FBA products for free and the other party is not a Prime member, how can you waive the shipping fee for the customer?

Answer: The shipping costs for FBA orders are set by Amazon. We sellers cannot set up free shipping or change the shipping costs. The shipping costs for FBA products have nothing to do with us.

38. What should I do if I ship to FBA using express delivery but don’t have a phone number or a consignee?

Generally, you can write your own phone number and recipient.

39. What should I do if the FBA plan is assigned to two or three warehouses?

You can use the warehouse consolidation function. Click Settings - Fulfilled by Amazon - Inbound Settings and check Inventory Placement Service. This function requires a fee, usually $0.3 per item. Overweight products are charged more. You can ask customer service for specific charges or search for Inventory Placement Service in the background. This method is the most convenient and highly recommended. Another method, for example, if you need to send 100 pieces to FBA, then create 200 or 300 pieces, anyway, falsely report a larger inventory. Then, as expected, select one of the warehouses with a reasonable quantity to ship, and the other warehouses can be sent later. There is another method. If there is an overseas warehouse service, first send one ticket to the overseas warehouse, and then the overseas warehouse will send several tickets to FBA separately.

Please note that for some FBA plans with more complex categories, even if the warehouse consolidation function is used, it may not be allocated to only one warehouse, but this is a minority case.

40. When creating an FBA plan, the dimensions and weight are entered incorrectly, resulting in cost preview overruns. What should I do?

You can go to the backend inventory, find the product, edit the product, and in More Details, scroll to the middle where there is package information, and modify it normally.

41. I want to transfer one of my listings to FBA. If I stop transferring to FBA during the conversion process, can I just delete the plan? Will this affect future FBA?

Answer: You can directly transfer the inventory to domestic delivery, and it will have basically no impact on the future.

42. Taxes on FBA shipments (only in the US, Europe is more strict)

Some friends are worried that they will be taxed when they send goods weighing tens of kilograms and thousands of dollars. Please don't worry, there is indeed a risk in this regard. But at present, taxes are rarely collected. Generally, goods weighing less than a few hundred kilograms do not need to be taxed. In other words, there is no need to find express logistics that prepays tariffs or charges service fees.

43. If an FBA order is returned, will any fees be deducted?

Answer: If a customer requests a return for an FBA order on Amazon, sellers of general categories do not need to pay any additional fees (FBA staff will pick up the return item free of charge), but some categories do require some fees.
