Amazon's new anti-counterfeiting tool removes 320 counterfeit products!

The Guangdong cross-border e-commerce service platform recently officially launched the country's first e-commerce export return function. The first batch of goods returned by cross-border e-commerce retail exports was officially released online on the evening of January 7. On the Guangzhou cross-border trade e-commerce public service platform, many companies have also successively handled the return procedures for export goods.

In 2019, ChomChom Rolle CEO Aaron Muller joined Amazon's Utility Patent Neutral Evaluation program.

This program is used to resolve infringing product issues on Amazon. Both patent owners and accused infringers can hire a neutral third-party evaluator with legal and utility patent expertise to investigate the case.

The program is still in beta, but it provides patent owners with a timely and inexpensive way to eliminate counterfeit listings. So far, ChomChom Roller has worked with Amazon to remove more than 320 counterfeit items.
