A seller said that he found this morning that all the best-selling ASINs in the store were displayed as < Deleted List > on our Manage Orders page.


Some sellers also reported that the links to a large number of their best-selling products were removed, and the title text was displayed in Arabic, Chinese and Spanish.


Why are these listings being targeted for unknown reasons? Is it a natural disaster or a man-made disaster?


A seller opened a case and asked customer service, and received the following reply:



We have received feedback from many sellers that no operations have been performed on the products, but the product information is displayed as deleted in the background. The relevant technical team is still investigating and repairing this situation.


I sought help from Amazon customer service but to no avail. Someone over there already knew the problem and solved it on their own.



The person said: “The false and wrongful convictions in this listing are most likely related to the word FDA. Some sellers were removed from the shelves because they included the word FDA in their listings.


Sellers can try to delete all the words containing FDA in the BP and copywriting, and then update it once using the template. The deleted listing can usually be restored. "


However, one seller said that although the link was restored and the comments were fortunately still there, all the rankings were gone, which made them feel even more hurt!



In addition to the links being removed, sellers also need to pay attention to the security of their accounts!


Now that the epidemic is under control to a certain extent and overseas resumption of work and production is progressing, consumer demand for orders for other categories has also increased.


Then the sellers who originally focused all their energy on epidemic prevention supplies will probably start to engage in fake orders again because of the category listing rankings.

Recently, many sellers’ accounts, even some accounts that have not been in operation for years, have received small red flag warnings from Amazon.
