This seller also received an email from Amazon, which stated↓ "You received this email because you recently applied to sell products on Amazon or changed the information in your seller account.


He received this email the day after registering his account. He was confused when he saw the email and didn’t know what review was triggered. The background only showed “Your account failed our verification process. Please check your email for more information.”
 

How to solve such a problem? A seller who has already registered an Amazon European account said: Most of the people who register for an Amazon European account will encounter a second review, and many sellers will trigger the second review and KYC at the same time . If you encounter this situation, you must first deal with the second review and then KYC. The order must not be wrong.
 




What should sellers pay attention to regarding account review?


Sellers who are registering an account or encountering an audit can refer to the following points for attention regarding account review.


First of all, when registering an account, sellers must ensure that the network environment and credit card are clean . Using any VPN, VPS and super browser is risky.


 
The information submitted by the seller when registering an account must be accurate and must not be forged. The email address filled in when registering must be one that has never been registered for an Amazon account. The company name, address, and contact information must be filled in in pinyin and must be completely consistent with the business license. Do not change or add anything at will.


Regarding the registration email address, sellers must pay attention that they must prepare an email address that has not been registered with Amazon to receive the registration link.

Sellers should also note that a set of company information can be used to open multiple sites, but different sites require different email addresses, otherwise the link cannot be sent successfully.

The seller was also confused about how to get the listing back. Some sellers thought that the seller might have sold toys, after all, toys belong to Amazon's review category, regardless of whether it is sent to FBA or FBM.


It is understood that during the Christmas period in the United States, toys can only be shipped through FBA, and self-delivery listings will be blocked. Some sellers have suggested that they switch to FBA. In fact, as early as 2016, there were sellers who needed this situation, and the customer service suggested switching to FBA delivery.


However, the seller said that the listing blocked by Amazon was not a toy listing. In fact, Amazon will not block the seller's listing for no reason.





Normally, there are two reasons: one is that the Amazon system discovered that the seller has violated the rules, and the other is that the seller’s listing has been complained about.




The seller mentioned that FBM is his main mode of transportation, so the listing is blocked most likely because the performance of self-delivery is not good, resulting in certain indicators exceeding the standard.


A seller also mentioned this point. The seller wrote: " Blocked unless FBA is a way for Amazon to say that the seller has performed poorly in delivering goods to buyers, and Amazon has received complaints . If sellers want to continue selling goods on Amazon, they must use Amazon FBA."


When a listing is blocked, the seller can only face it positively. The seller can deal with it from the following three aspects:


01Find the cause  

To find out why your listing is blocked, you can start from the following aspects:

✦Whether you copied other sellers’ listings or certain elements, resulting in infringement complaints;

✦Whether it has caused a bad shopping experience for customers, including pre-sales and after-sales;

✦Whether there are problems with product quality and whether the product pictures and descriptions match the actual products can easily lead buyers to complain to Amazon.
