To protect your account security, we require you to conduct seller identity verification in order to continue selling on Amazon. You need to make an appointment with our staff for a real-time video call and present your original ID and company business license (if applicable) during the video call. Please click the link below and select the date and time you want to make a video call to complete the appointment. You can select up to 3 time slots. The video call is expected to take 20 minutes. Please make an appointment within 7 days of receiving this email, otherwise the identity verification will fail and your seller account will not be able to sell on Amazon.


Key points: Sellers who receive this email will need to make an appointment for a video call within 7 days to verify their identity, otherwise their identity review will fail and they will face the risk of their account being blocked!

 

In fact, as early as April last year, Amazon had already adopted video verification to review the identity of sellers, but at that time it was only for newly registered sellers. Now old accounts have also received notifications, and they are told that they will not be able to continue selling if the review fails.

Materials that sellers need to provide during the video conference:

 

1. Original Chinese citizen ID card or passport.

2. Paper version of business license. The name of the legal representative should be shown on the business license, which should be consistent with the name on the ID card.

 

If you are not the legal representative of the company: Please arrange for the legal representative of your company to complete identity verification via video conference, or ensure that you have been authorized by the company and can bring the original ID card and business license of the legal representative to complete identity verification at the appointment.
