• Malaysia's cross-border logistics currently mainly recommends two channels: LWE and Export Easy (CK1) China Post Small Parcel Service. In the future, Shopee's own logistics SLS service will also be launched.

• Taiwan Uni-President uses YTO as the platform’s designated logistics provider, and provides home delivery and store delivery services.

• Indonesia’s cross-border logistics services mainly use Shopee’s own channel SLS (Shopee Logistics Service) and LWE’s Indonesian logistics channel. Due to local logistics conditions, postal channels are not available for the time being.

• Currently, there are two main channels recommended for cross-border logistics in Thailand: LWE and Export Easy China Post Small Parcel Service (CK1). In the future, Shopee’s own logistics SLS service will also be launched.

FAQ

1. Can I use logistics other than those specified by the platform? Can I use YTO instead of YTO when shipping to Taiwan?

• Because the cross-border logistics channels in Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets are not as standardized as those in Europe and the United States, the logistics channels recommended by the platform are relatively reliable channels that have been strictly screened and tested by the platform. Therefore, the platform does not allow the use of channels other than those recommended by the platform. Our platform cannot track the waybill number when using other logistics, and the system will judge the order as late delivery or false delivery.

• You can only use YTO in Taiwan because our system has been connected to the YTO system. Each order will be automatically assigned a YTO waybill number, so you must use YTO for shipment. For detailed operations and precautions, please refer to the "Logistics Guide for Sellers on the Taiwan Site".

• Indonesia SLS (Shopee’s own logistics channel) is similar to Taiwan’s YTO. Each order will be automatically assigned an SLS waybill number, so be sure to use SLS for delivery, otherwise the order cannot be completed and the seller cannot receive payment.

2. What should I do if there is no logistics channel account supported by the platform?

• For the account opening contact information of LWE and CK1, please refer to the “Shopee Platform Logistics Guidance Manual”.

•Taiwan uniformly uses YTO, and the system has been connected. SLS is Shopee’s self-built logistics. Both logistics methods do not require opening an account.

3. Can special goods be sent by China Post registered parcel?

• No, it is recommended to use SLS or LWE for special goods, which have stronger customs clearance capabilities for sensitive goods. If the store has both general goods and special goods, it is recommended to use China Post Registered Small Parcel with SLS or LWE.

4. What is the current procedure for activating Singapore ck1 surface mail?

• To use the ordinary mail function, you must first open an Export Easy (CK1) account, and then authorize according to the [User Guide] ShopeeCK1 Integration guidance document. Multiple stores can use the same account for authorization.

• After opening the CK1 channel in the store settings, you also need to update the logistics channels in batches to enable the logistics at the product level.

• If you choose to use CK1's surface mail channel, China Post Registered Mail needs to be closed.
