Function

A/B title testing allows sellers to split test product titles to see which one performs best. Before this feature, brand sellers could only perform A/B title testing through third-party applications. Now, with this new feature on the Amazon platform, sellers can save some intermediaries and simplify their work.

With this new feature, brand sellers can determine whether the title has conversion value more quickly and accurately. This tool allows brand sellers to test the performance of two titles, and important indicators of each title, such as conversions, sales, and impressions, will be recorded during the test. The test time ranges from 4 weeks to 10 weeks, but the recommended time is 8-10 weeks. The longer the experiment is, the more information sellers can collect to make informed decisions or adjustments.

Scope of application

As with many other features offered by Amazon, to qualify, brands must be brand registered. Currently Amazon only allows A/B testing on high-traffic ASINs. It is not possible to test all ASINs.
