What is Amazon QA? Amazon QA Review

Amazon QA is a program that allows buyers who shop at the front desk to ask any questions about the product. Amazon will then notify the seller of the product or some people who have bought the product to answer the question. When Amazon gets the answer, it will email the person who asked the question. At the same time, the question and answer will be displayed at the front desk for reference by future shoppers, allowing buyers to make more suitable decisions and improve their shopping experience.

According to statistics, 90% of consumers will carefully browse Amazon QA before purchasing a product and will also raise their doubts. If the product title, picture, and description are the product packaging instructions from the seller's perspective, then Amazon QA is a clear summary of the product from the customer's perspective. For the overall weight of the listing, Amazon QA also occupies a pivotal position!

When a new product is first launched, it has a very low exposure, and it is difficult for customers to find it, let alone buy it. Amazon QA can improve the ranking of products and allow customers to find your products among the vast number of products. Compared with the long wait for customers to leave QA, it is more convenient and faster for sellers to leave QA themselves. So how do sellers ask questions about their products?

1. Purchase a foreign IP, which is what we often call a VPS, and ask questions as a buyer

2. If you have friends abroad, you can ask them to help you ask questions.

3. Ask a brush operator to help ask questions.

As for the content of the questions, sellers can refer to the QA of similar products of large sellers to see what aspects most buyers value, what questions they like to ask, and which questions are asked most frequently. Sellers can organize and summarize them and use them in their own Amazon QA.

After submitting the question, Amazon will notify the seller via email. You can log in to your mailbox to find this email and reply. After finding the corresponding question in your mailbox, click Respond to question to reply. As shown in the figure below. If you can't find the email, try searching for the keyword answer in the email to find the email sent to you by Amazon. Can you answer this question....

In theory, the more QAs, the better. If the seller manipulates Amazon QA, it depends on the specific situation. Imagine a product with no reviews and no purchase volume, but with many QAs. That would be too fake.

Amazon QA Optimization Notes

1. You cannot ask and answer questions by yourself, which means that sellers cannot ask questions by themselves. They need a buyer's account to ask questions. Sellers only have the authority to answer. Of course, if sellers use their own buyer account to ask questions, they need to pay attention to the IP address used by the computer.

2. Buyers who have not spent more than $50 in purchases within 12 months cannot ask questions. After Amazon adjusted the QA question requirements, buyers who can now leave QA are those who have purchased more than $50 in the past 12 months, excluding discount amounts.

3. Don’t pile up keywords. You can insert keywords appropriately, but don’t pile them up deliberately.

4. Don’t do a lot of QA, and control the quantity and progress.

5. You can find the buyer's account to reply, which is more convincing

6. If a negative answer appears, you need to quickly add an answer or push other questions to the front to avoid the negative impact of this question.

7. Don’t post advertising content

8. Don’t promote products in Amazon QA

Optimizing Amazon QA Tips

Through QA, we can grasp the pain points of consumer needs and arrange the layout of keywords appropriately. It is best to have keywords appear reasonably in QA, but do not add words of other brands to QA, which will also cause infringement. Of course, Amazon’s investigation and management of this issue are very strict. Sellers need to pay more attention and make reasonable arrangements. It is very important not to overdo it.
