Amazon is a platform that focuses on the buyer experience. They care more about the buyer's feelings and experience. So if you want to delete a review, unless you have sufficient evidence, the chances are basically zero. The most direct way is to go to the front desk customer service. The front desk customer service will report your situation to a dedicated team based on your actual situation. This is the most efficient way.
