Preface: This sharing is only applicable to stores with registered brands . If you don't have a registered brand, this experience is not suitable for you. Maybe this experience is accidental, anyway, I passed it, it is not guaranteed to be 100% effective, it is only for sharing.

A few days ago, the backend of a toy product was inactive. I asked Amazon customer service and they said it needed to be reviewed. The page for submitting review materials is as follows:
According to Amazon's requirements, if you choose "Retailer/Distributor" then you need to provide invoices and product packaging pictures;
If you choose to be a "manufacturer" or "both", you only need to provide pictures of the product packaging.
Note: No matter which option you choose, the packaging image must meet the following requirements:
What should I do? I don’t have the invoice, and I don’t seem to have the information they asked for on the packaging box. . . . Embarrassing
But what can stump the great communist successor? The ideas and practices are as follows:
Thoughts: Since I have registered a brand, I claim to be the manufacturer. I chose "Both" [Fact: the factory is another company] so that I don't need to prepare an invoice.
practice:
1. Redesigned the packaging box and added the manufacturer's name and address, which is actually the company name and address information and model number of the store (also the registered brand) I registered. (The brand and product name were already there)
2. Contacted a printer and made a sample of the packaging box. This was done in one day.
3. Place the box and product together and take photos of all 6 sides.
4. On the page that submits for review, select "both" and upload the pictures from step 3 (I encountered a small incident when uploading: Amazon prompted that the file must be within 10M, but the pictures I took were all high-definition, uncensored pictures, and each one was 5M, so I had to compress the resolution of each one)
5. In the Optional comments, state that you are the brand owner and the photos are authentic, but due to Amazon's file requirements, the resolution is only compressed. I hope it will pass the review as soon as possible.
6. Submit and wait for the result
The next morning, Amazon responded, but they said my documents did not meet the requirements! After two rounds of back and forth, Amazon said my documents did not meet the requirements. It seemed like they did not even look at my documents. Their response was as follows:
I looked at a lot of other people's experiences, and it seems that everyone is stuck at this step. Here comes the key point.
Let me play the emotional card and let him take a closer look at my file:
I have checked carefully and all the submitted documents are in compliance with the requirements. I hope you will take a closer look.
(Selling misery) I still have a lot of inventory, and I hope it can pass the review as soon as possible.
If the file doesn't work, could you tell me more details why?
Then, people responded, and I passed, passed, passed, passed…
The screenshots are as follows:
I hope everyone passes it soon!
