2. Waterpik (dental floss and toothpicks)


 

During the Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday period, Waterpik was the brand with the largest share in the dental floss and toothpick category on Amazon. The brand's total search traffic (SOV) increased by 3.54% and paid search traffic (SOV) increased by 3.37%, the largest increase in the category. In the skincare category, Cetaphil increased its ad spend during Cyber ​​Monday and continued to reduce discounts while other beauty brands cut discounts. As a result, Cetaphil's total search traffic (SOV) increased by 0.82% and paid search traffic (SOV) increased by 1.79% during Cyber ​​Monday, the largest increase in the category. Cetaphil reduced prices by 11.84% during Cyber ​​Monday, the largest discount in the category.

In the hair care category, L'ANGEHAIR's total search traffic (SOV) increased by 2.77% and paid search traffic (SOV) increased by 1.86% during Cyber ​​Monday, both of which were the largest increases in the category. In addition, during Cyber ​​Monday, L'ANGEHAIR's prices increased by 0.93%, while Conair and Revlon's prices increased by 7.32% and 6.03%, respectively.

 

L'ANGEHAIR continued to increase its ad spend in the category, dominating Amazon, followed by HOTTOOLS, which increased by only 0.42%.

 

 

4. Mobile Phones & Accessories > Cases, Holsters & Covers

 

 

OtterBox, a mobile phone case brand, was already leading in total search traffic (SOV) at the start of Black Friday. During Cyber ​​Monday, OtterBox's organic search traffic (SOV) increased by 2.04%, the highest in the category. In addition, OtterBox's paid search traffic (SOV) decreased by 2.83%.
