Step 1. You need to go to the store you are following to check the registered name of its company.

The company’s registration information is clearly visible on the details page of all stores.

Step 2. Check the name, registered address and other information of the company that is selling the product.

For example, Qichacha, Tianyancha, etc., directly search the name of the follow-up company and verify whether the registered company address is consistent.

Step 3. The third step is to download the domestic 12315APP.

This 12315 is a platform for reporting illegal activities such as selling counterfeit goods and making counterfeit goods in China. Register and log in with your personal identity information. (Note: Companies that have just registered for less than 1 month may not be searched)

Step 4. Submit a complaint about the company to the national 12315 platform:

First, expose the falsity of the seller’s registered address. Generally, the follow-up stores are small accounts purchased, and the registered address of such companies is likely to be fictitious in order to prevent the real identity from being exposed and to share the risk of account closure.

Second, it was disclosed that the seller was suspected of counterfeiting and selling fake products by selling low-quality and shoddy products on the Amazon platform.

Here is a template shared by other sellers who have successfully filed a complaint. If you want to file a complaint, you can fill it out according to this template.

The report content filled in here is very important. You must state in detail the specific form of the other party's violation of the law and the damage caused to us. This must be written clearly. The report content filled in by this seller is perfect.

Step 5. The key step is to attach the attachment information.

There are three main attachments:

1. Take a screenshot of the product page that shows the brand name and the part that is being sold (to show that your brand is being sold by this store).

2. Take a screenshot of the store details page, which is the store detile.

3. A screenshot of your own brand name registration on the official website of the United States Trademark Office to prove your trademark rights.

Then, click "Submit Materials". After submission, you can view the updates of each process of this report in "My Report".

Step 6. After the 12315 platform handles the matter, the Market Supervision Administration will call the legal person of the follow-selling company to inform him of the complaint and the reasons for the complaint.

If the company really has problems, the Market Supervision Bureau will generally investigate within 3-5 working days and change the company status of the follow-selling account to abnormal operation. (Note: Most newly registered companies have registered addresses, especially those used for follow-selling. The processing time varies from region to region. Some are processed within a week, while others may take more than a month or even several months.)

Step 7. In the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, take a screenshot of the abnormal address of the other company and send it to Jeff’s email.

Step 8. Wait for the other party’s store to shut down.

Depending on how new or old the store is, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few months. A new store may be shut down in about a week, while old stores may take a different amount of time, depending on how long Amazon takes to process. It is more difficult to file a complaint against an old store.

The above is the complaint process of 12315. However, if it is not accepted, then combine the ideas mentioned by the seller above: try calling "12315+12345". Please note that you need to call the mayor's hotline corresponding to the address of the seller!

Finally, I want to say that follow-selling is rampant now. Some follow-selling people don’t even look at the products and just follow them. There is no bottom line! If you really want to stop follow-selling and want to prevent follow-selling in advance, new stores can use @ signs directly, try not to use TM signs, and register for the Transparency Program if you can. After all, if you pay some "protection fees" to Amazon, Amazon will still provide you with some protection.
