It's impossible without me——The highlight moment of the cross-border goddess

In fact, I had a hard time getting started with computers and spreadsheets when I was in school. I barely passed even the most basic computer certificate. I thought I would no longer be involved in these data and other things after graduation, but I didn’t expect that by chance I would end up working for Amazon.

I worked my way up from customer service to vice president, and now I have started my own business. It can be said that I have worked in every position in cross-border e-commerce, including logistics, operations, personnel, quality inspection, team building... Only by doing my best in each position can I more effectively master the abilities and levels required for each position. This effort has also allowed me to go further and further on my entrepreneurial journey.

During this process, there were doubts, some of which were caused by inertia. I always responded to these doubts with actions and results. I remember one thing very clearly. When I was in charge of procurement, many people felt that procurement had to deal with many manufacturers, and it was difficult for a woman to take on such a heavy responsibility and negotiate a good price with the manufacturers.

Then, I still went to the source of goods under great pressure, and worked day and night with the manufacturers to make samples and negotiate prices. I was also very active when it came to socializing. I presented facts, used our strength and future potential to give the manufacturers confidence, and used sincerity and inducement to gain their recognition. In the end, I got the lowest price from the manufacturers, and convinced my colleagues who had questioned me at the beginning.

So when we treat every problem with an "all in" attitude, and when people around us find that there is no job that is not difficult for us, these doubts about our abilities will be eliminated. In the cross-border industry, we women are truly half the sky!
