VC followed the sale, and the long description no longer has editing rights. How can I regain the editing rights?


Recently, a customer reported that the link had been copied by a VC, and the editing rights for the long description at the end were no longer in his sales account. He filed cases multiple times to request changes to the content but all were unsuccessful. Customer service also said that manual changes were also unsuccessful. I will share several proven methods for regaining editing rights.


Three methods:
1. Try to delete the link and upload it again
2. Provide a brief description to the customer service to help you modify it. It is best to use English customer service. The way to open a case is to enter from the way of product no longer on sale or when adding new products. After the customer service successfully modifies it, there is a high probability that it can be updated to the listing, and then you can get the editing rights back. (Note: It is only a high probability, not a 100% success rate. If this does not work, it is recommended to use method 3.)
3. If you are a brand registered seller, contact the English customer service and provide several product pictures (six-sided pictures) with the brand name and UPC information, as well as the text that needs to be modified. Provide this information to the English customer service to help you refresh the listing brand name or directly refresh the listing. (The access path is the same as method 2)
