What is the Wish All-Star Merchant Logo? Wish All-Star Merchant Logo Review

The Wish All-Star Merchant Logo means that products that insist on using Level 1 and Level 2 logistics service providers for delivery will be able to display this logo next to them. Choosing a better logistics service provider for delivery can improve customer experience, increase exposure, and thus increase the chances of product sales. This feature was launched in 2017.

About the Logistics Selection Wizard

1. Overview: The Logistics Selection Wizard is a logistics service provider grading program designed to help merchants select high-quality logistics service providers. This tool divides Wish-approved logistics service providers into 4 levels. Except for Level 1 logistics service providers, the remaining levels will have a list of corresponding logistics service providers based on their logistics service performance.

2. Content:

(1) Level 1 (Wish Express): Only Wish Express orders that meet the Wish Express delivery requirements can enjoy the favorable policies of Level 1.

(2) Level 2: Reliable logistics service providers with high delivery rates and low refund rates due to logistics factors.

(3) Level 3: Logistics service providers with a high logistics refund rate and a low delivery rate.

(4) Level 4: Logistics service providers with poor logistics performance, such as those with extremely high logistics-related refund rates and extremely low delivery rates.

benefit

Having a product with the Wish All-Star Merchant badge has benefits for both merchants and users:

1. On the View All Products page, merchants will receive a shining All-Star merchant logo next to eligible products.

2. Users can see the badges of these products on Wish, and increase their trust and loyalty in the products and store logistics performance.

3. This will help increase product exposure, which may increase merchants’ sales.

4. Using top logistics service providers to deliver orders will effectively reduce the logistics refund rate, thereby optimizing the merchant's overall logistics performance.

5. This also helps improve the overall user experience.

How to get it

1. Insist on using a specific logistics provider to deliver to the same destination country.

2. Insist on using Tier 1 or Tier 2 logistics service providers to deliver all orders.

Note: Sticking to a specific carrier is calculated on a country-by-country basis. Merchants can always use different carriers (from the top tier) to ship orders to different countries. However, when shipping a product to the same destination country, it is recommended to always use a specific carrier from the top tier.

Lost logo reason

1. When a merchant always uses a top-tier logistics provider (Level 1 or Level 2) to deliver orders, but uses a poorly performing logistics provider (Level 3 or Level 4) for subsequent orders, the merchant will lose the All-Star Merchant badge.

2. When a merchant always uses a specific Tier 2 carrier to deliver a product to a destination country, but switches to another carrier from the same tier to deliver to the same destination country.
