For example, when you take over, the account performance is 10,000 USD/month, so the target will be set for you based on your current performance: 30,000 USD; 60,000 USD; 100,000 USD; and so on, with no upper limit. Here comes the point. You will be given different performance targets every year, and the previous performance targets will be reset to zero.
For example, if you achieved a sales volume of 10,000 to 100,000 last year, then your sales volume target for the second year is 120,000 for the first level (fixed commission of 500), 150,000 for the second level (fixed commission of 800), and so on. . .
