Are many Amazon warehouses closed? Beware of warehousing time limits and frequent infringements

Due to the recent extremely severe weather in the United States, multiple Amazon facilities, including delivery stations and warehouses, have been affected and are unable to operate normally.

According to foreign media reports, multiple Amazon warehouses in the southern United States have been damaged, especially the AFW1 warehouse, which was the hardest hit. The entire warehouse has suffered structural damage and has been temporarily closed. Many tasks involving AFW1, including warehousing, shelving and delivery, have all been suspended . It is initially estimated that it will take at least until the end of March to repair and reopen.

In addition to the warehouse accidents affected by the bad weather, some warehouses have recently encountered warehouse explosions, and the warehouse entry time has been greatly extended, including LAX9, GYR3, QXY9, SBD1 and KRB7. In addition, there is news that the SMF3 warehouse has been temporarily closed due to internal equipment maintenance . The goods assigned to the warehouse in the near future cannot be sent. It will take at least three weeks to resume. The specific time has not yet been announced by the official.

It is obviously not the peak season now, and Amazon released some warehouse capacity a few days ago, but some warehouses are still experiencing warehouse overflows. This can only mean that after several waves of large-scale layoffs last year, Amazon's warehouse processing capacity has declined a lot, which led to such a strange phenomenon of warehouse overflows in the off-season.

If you have goods to be sent to the above warehouses recently, please remember to pay more attention to the progress of warehousing and shelving, and deal with any problems in a timely manner.

In addition to warehouse delays, many sellers have recently said that they have been sued for infringement, and even had their stores closed!

Recently, Amazon has frequently closed stores due to copyright infringement.

Recently, many sellers in our group have reported that they have encountered infringement incidents.

Infringement lawsuits have been filed by multiple brands including Zorro, Rainbow Friends and Outward Hound, including the commonly seen law firms THOITS LAW and GBC, covering a wide range of areas. In particular, the infringement of Outward Hound's appearance patents has affected many pet sellers because of the similarity of their products. You can find the relevant appearance patent pages and compare them with your own products. If the appearance is similar, there is a considerable risk of infringement.

These infringement cases represented by law firms are relatively difficult to handle, so it is best to conduct self-inspection as soon as possible to avoid being sued.
