I joined the company in May 2024 and took over a store. Before I came, the average daily sales was less than 300 US dollars, and the average daily orders did not exceed 12. There were 5 links for sale in the store, but only 1 link was profitable, and the others were being cleared out at a loss.

In addition, the advertising structure of this store is very strange. Before I came, the advertising acos was 100%, the acoas was 45%, natural advertising and keyword advertising were flying together, and keyword advertising also had a large wave of "widespread".

After May, I cleared the inventory, adjusted advertising, and launched new products. It was difficult to clear the inventory, and it was difficult to get orders even if the price was lowered. Moreover, the boss scolded me for not implementing the project in time, so I just ignored it and did it. 200,000 goods, several listings, more than a dozen variations, and it's November now and I haven't sold half of them. In January next year, I will be charged for overage storage fees. Now I am clearing the inventory at a loss. (I seriously suspect that a bad friend tricked our boss into helping him clear the inventory. Our boss is a big jerk QAQ)

Why do I say this is lucky or unfortunate? After this failed development, my boss basically gave me the power to develop new products according to my own ideas. But after all, we were not open and honest with each other (I never knew the boss's financial strength and the situation), so I always maintained a steady development rhythm, and only launched 2-3 new products a month.

By the end of October, the store had 18 links, 3 old links, and 15 new links (including links that have been on the shelves for no more than 3 months, a total of 11 links plus those of standard parts). Some links are basically making money, some are losing money (guess what), and some are new products that are still being promoted.

From November 21st to November 28th, the average daily revenue was $1,100, with 66 orders per day.

It has been almost seven months since I joined the company, and the store has not yet achieved profitability, but I am confident that as long as I persist, I will definitely make money. By this time next year, I hope to at least double what I made this year, not to mention more.
