New version is online! New benefits for sellers from Amazon


"Don't turn off the computer!

I will remotely open the advertisement tonight!"


Amazon sellers often hear this kind of talk in their offices when they get off work. The need to frequently turn on and off ads and check replies to emails when they are on holiday or at home after get off work is an unspeakable pain for every Amazon seller.


Because of store connection issues , even a laptop cannot be brought home to log in to the backend online, so remote operation has become commonplace for sellers.


Every weekend when I use my little clone to handle emails remotely, I always think how nice it would be if I could use a mobile app. Unexpectedly, Amazon immediately sent me this in my mailbox.



Although Amazon’s mobile app for sellers began testing a long time ago and was tried out on a small scale.


However, due to various usability and related issues, the number of sellers who use the app to manage their stores is relatively small. Some sellers are even unaware of the existence of this app due to publicity issues.


In response to these situations, Amazon made a wave of updates to the app this year, hoping to completely solve the pain points of the above sellers and allow sellers to conveniently check their stores anytime and anywhere.


Let me first tell you what we, as mobile sellers, are most concerned about - the issue of association.

Because mobile phones are different from computers, they are bound to be frequently moved and connected to different public or private networks. According to Amazon's usual association logic, they will almost 100% be associated.


Therefore, Amazon has relaxed its association policy for the above features of mobile phones.


If you log in to the store via your mobile phone and connect to public/personal wifi, there will be no association!


That is to say, even if this network is connected to or has connected to various Amazon stores, it will not affect your logging into the store backend using the mobile app.


But here is a reminder

Holding and operating multiple accounts on a single site is against the platform regulations . Without an exemption, two different stores logged into the same site with the same mobile phone may still be linked!


However, since you have already prepared two sets of registration information, two computers, and two networks to circumvent the official review of this connection, it is not difficult to prepare an extra mobile phone.


Now that the most critical association problem has been solved, what can this app do now?

1. You can see various store data that are updated very timely, including orders, store performance, logistics inventory, account status and other aspects of data.


2. Check and reply to seller's messages. Compared with email, the advantage is that you can mark emails that do not need to be replied.


3. You can monitor and adjust advertisements, including setting budgets and bids, adjusting keywords, turning advertising campaigns on and off, etc. All of these can be done with this app.



Basic daily operations such as replying to emails, operating advertisements, checking stores, etc. can all be completed using the app, which can indeed bring considerable convenience to sellers.


After the association problem is solved, sellers have no worries about using the app. The all-Chinese pages and full coverage of major sites (Europe, North America, Japan and India, with the Australian site to be launched in the second half of the year) also allow almost all sellers to use this app.
