Before you can use the Buy Shipping option, you must first review and accept Amazon's terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the carrier whose shipping services you want to purchase.

1. In your seller account, go to Manage Shipping Services.

2. Read Amazon's terms and conditions for this service and the terms and conditions of each carrier, then click the I Agree checkbox to accept them. Click Submit.

3. Developers can visit Amazon Marketplace Web Service to learn more about building applications.
