Authentication channel

The documents for registering companies in Hong Kong and mainland China are different, so the authentication channels are different. Please be sure to choose the correct channel for verification according to your company's situation:

Please use your seller ID and login email to enter the application channel, which can be found on the seller backend settings page.

Prepare the materials

1. Business license (color scan)

2. ID card of the legal representative (color)

3. Photo of the legal representative holding his/her ID card (color)

4. Letter of authorization (optional, only required when there is a discrepancy between the legal representative and the business license, and is a document proving that an individual has the right to represent the company)

Common Mistakes

1. The image/scan is too blurry and the information is not clear;

2. When taking a photo holding your ID card, keep it close. If it is too far away, it will not be visible.

2) Do not cover up information such as your ID number when holding the card.

Verification steps

The review is divided into two rounds:

First round of review information: registration number, whether the company is in operation, name of legal representative;

The second round of document review: whether the document format is correct, whether the content meets the standards, and whether the legal representative and ID card information in the application correspond.

Files or information that do not comply with regulations will be marked on the web page. If not displayed, it means that the review has not yet begun and the platform will also send an email to remind you of the review process.

Only after passing the first round of review will it enter the second round of review. Therefore, if there are problems in the first round of review, please correct them in time to avoid delaying the second round of review.

Consequences of not verifying

1. If verification is not performed on June 27, the account will be permanently closed;

2. Before the review is completed, you can modify it unlimited times; once the application is approved, the modification will be invalid and the channel will be closed;

3. All files must not be translated into English, must be within 10MB in size, must be clear, and must not use Photoshop;

4. Sellers can add watermarks to uploaded files, for example, only for Joom platform account authentication;

5. If you are the latest AliExpress seller and you have received a verification email, please ignore it;

6. We remind companies in mainland China and Hong Kong to use different certification channels again;
