In January 2015, Jinhua Order Fulfillment Center was successfully put into operation with an area of ​​1,800 square meters.

In June 2017, Shanding Design (300492), a GEM listed company, announced that it plans to purchase 100% of the equity of Shenzhen Saramore E-commerce Co., Ltd., a Shenzhen export cross-border e-commerce giant, through a combination of issuing shares and paying cash, for RMB 1.1 billion, of which RMB 440 million will be paid in cash and RMB 660 million will be paid by issuing 16.03 million shares at a price of RMB 41.16 per share. After the transaction is completed, Saramore will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company.
