Premium Shipping is a service launched by Amazon in January 2016, which provides buyers with a fast and traceable logistics service standard. In the UK, this service can deliver within 1-2 days. However, only sellers who meet certain conditions can choose this service. Premium Shipping services include Same-Day Delivery, One-Day Shipping and Two-Day Shipping. Service Content 1. Same-day delivery Minimum standards: 1. You must have been registered to sell products on Amazon for at least 90 days. 2. You must have an account participating in the Professional Selling Plan. 3. Must be able to provide reliable delivery within 60 minutes of receiving the order. 4. Delivered orders must have a valid carrier tracking number. 5. Must meet or exceed performance requirements. 6. Must be able to deliver same-day orders from at least one of the country's major metropolitan areas. Delivery city: California: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco. Florida: Tampa Bay, Orlando, Miami. Illinois: Chicago. New York, NY: New York City. Texas: Dallas. 2. Next-day delivery Minimum standards: 1. You must have been registered to sell products on Amazon for at least 90 days. 2. The on-time delivery rate for priority delivery orders is at least 92%. 3. For priority delivery orders, the valid tracking rate using tracking codes provided by UPS, USPS, FedEx or OnTrac is at least 94%. 4. The cancellation rate for priority delivery orders is less than 1.5%. 5. The minimum order quantity for all delivery options in the past 30 days is at least 10. 6. For orders that select the "Next Day Delivery" option, an estimated delivery date (EDD) must be set for at least 92% of the orders. Delivery time: The "Next Day Delivery" option will show buyers an estimated delivery date, which is 2-3 business days after the order is placed 1. For orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, the estimated delivery date displayed is 1 business day after the order is placed. 2. For orders placed after 1:00 pm on weekdays, weekends or holidays, the estimated delivery date displayed is 2 business days after the order is placed. 3. The customer's package must be delivered before the estimated delivery date. 3. Next-Day Delivery Minimum standards: 1. You must have been selling on Amazon for more than 90 days. 2. Number of orders: 10 or more orders were generated in the past 30 days. 3. Effective tracking utilization rate: greater than or equal to 94%. Currently, Amazon is cooperating with Royal Mail, UPS and FedEx in Europe. 4. On-time delivery rate: greater than or equal to 92%. 5. The rate of sellers actively canceling orders: less than 1.5%. Delivery time: 1. Deliver at least 92% of Next Day Delivery orders on or before the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) within the next 30 days. 2. The "Next Day Delivery" service will display an estimated delivery date (EDD), which is two to three business days after the order date. For orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time / 11:00 AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday, the estimated delivery date will be displayed as two business days after the order date. For orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time / 11:00 AM Pacific Time on weekdays and on weekends or holidays, the estimated delivery date will be displayed as three business days after the order date. 3. The customer's package must be delivered on or before the estimated delivery date. U.K. 1. Same-day delivery requirements: 1. You must have been selling on Amazon for at least 90 days. 2. Order quantity: Ten or more orders in the past 30 days for all shipping options. 3. Valid Tracking Usage Rate: greater than or equal to 94%. For the UK, this includes tracking Royal Mail, UPS, 4. FedEx and Yodel ID. 5. On-time delivery rate: greater than or equal to 92%. 6. Seller-initiated cancellation rate: less than 1.5%. Delivery time: The One-Day Shipping option will display an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) to your customers one to two days after the order date, regardless of your specified handling time (excluding Sundays). Orders received in your system before 2pm local time Monday through Friday will display an EDD one day after the order date (excluding Sundays). Orders received before 1pm on Friday will need to be picked, packed, and shipped on Friday in preparation for Saturday delivery. Orders received in our system after 2pm local time, or on weekends or public holidays, will display an EDD two days after the order date. The customer's package must be delivered on or before the EDD. If you are currently "Not Qualified" to offer One-Day Shipping, it is because one or more of the above requirements are below the required minimum threshold. During this time: You will not be eligible to offer One-Day Shipping for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days. If all requirements are met and at least 7 days have passed, you will be eligible for one-day shipping again. 2. Next-day delivery requirements: 1. You must have been selling on Amazon for at least 90 days. 2. Order quantity: Ten or more orders in the past 30 days for all shipping options. 3. Valid Tracking Rate: greater than or equal to 94%. You need to deliver at least 92% of your two-day delivery orders on or before the estimated delivery date (EDD), and for delivery after 30 days. Delivery time: Two-day shipping will show an estimated delivery date of two to three business days after the order date. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. local time Monday through Friday will show an estimated delivery date of two business days after the order date. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. local time on a weekday, weekend, or holiday will show an estimated delivery date of three business days after the order date. The carrier shall deliver the package to the Buyer on or before the estimated delivery date. NOTE: If the delivering carrier attempts but fails to deliver the package, it is counted as the delivering carrier for purposes of this requirement. Disqualification If your performance metrics fall below the set thresholds for Premium Shipping, Amazon will revoke your eligibility. We will disable the Premium Shipping option for your products and change your status in the Premium Shipping Eligibility dashboard to “Not Eligible.” Premium Shipping eligibility reinstatement At any time after your eligibility has been revoked, you may submit a Plan of Action to request that your Premium Shipping eligibility be reinstated. register 1. For each region, under Premium Shipping, enter your preferred price tier and shipping costs. If you are a domestic seller and want to change a region in your country/region, click Edit next to the region name. If you are an international seller and want to change the shipping country/region, click Edit next to the country/region name.
