What is Facebook Shops? Facebook Shops Review
On May 20, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the launch of a new product, Facebook Shops. The news shocked the industry. The online mall will be launched in May 2020.

Basic Introduction

Qualified sellers who have received official emails from Facebook can create an online store for free through Facebook and select the products they want to display from the catalog. At the same time, they can customize the store cover and brand tone. The store is an immersive full-screen storefront. With full-screen photos and customizable photo collections, sellers can build their brand story and brand image, and drive product sales and store traffic. Users can browse the types of goods posted by merchants through this section and purchase them directly. From the user's interest in the product to placing an order, checking out, and completing the purchase, the entire process does not require jumping to other applications. This seamless online shopping experience can improve the user's purchasing experience and purchase conversion rate.

Additionally, in Facebook Shops, users can also message sellers via WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram to ask questions, get support, track deliveries, and more.
