About Wish HUB

The core function of Wish HUB is to provide transit warehouse services for different EPC warehouses. Merchants only need to use the Shentong collection service or self-delivery through Dianxiaomi ERP within the specified time limit to package and mail the goods of EPC/Blue/A+ orders to East China or South China transit warehouses according to the route of East China or South China warehouses, eliminating the tedious process of mailing the goods to each EPC warehouse separately.

Advantages

1. Merchants who originally needed to send goods by themselves can now enjoy the door-to-door collection service of STO, the HUB's cooperative logistics provider, at a low price.

2. Merchants who previously needed to send packages by themselves no longer need to send different packages to different EPC warehouses. They only need to merge the packages and send them to the HUB East China or South China transit warehouse, saving time and avoiding additional logistics costs incurred by multiple packages.

3. It does not affect the previous EPC process. Merchants who do not have HUB requirements can still send goods to each EPC consolidation warehouse according to the original process.

4. Merchants have more and more flexible ways to fulfill EPC/Blue/A+ orders.

Operation process

1. Receive the order and complete the sorting

All EPC orders, EPC Blue orders, A+ logistics plan orders, and WishPost smart selection orders can participate in the Wish HUB project. Merchants do not need to join the project specifically, they only need to sort and pack the EPC/EPC Blue/A+/WishPost smart selection orders that need to be sent to the designated warehouse, and then organize the orders sent to the warehouses in East China into one large package, and the orders sent to the warehouses in South China into one large package to complete the sub-packaging.

2. Send to two transit warehouses respectively

Merchants can use STO Express or other channels to send large parcels from the East China warehouse to the Wish HUB East China transit warehouse, and send large parcels from the South China warehouse to the Wish HUB South China transit warehouse. Wish and STO Express can also cooperate to provide merchants with door-to-door pickup and delivery services to the Wish HUB transit warehouse.

3. Sub-package and send to designated warehouse

When large packages are delivered to the Wish HUB transit warehouse, Wish will sub-package the packages and send the order packages to designated warehouses in East China (or South China). This step does not require merchants to operate. Currently, there is no additional fee for the Wish HUB transit warehouse project.

FAQ

Q: I don’t use Dianxiaomi. Can I use the transit warehouse?

A: You can use the transit warehouse, but merchants need to pack all the parcels that need to be sent to the East China EPC consolidated warehouse and send them to the East China transit warehouse, and pack all the parcels that need to be sent to the South China EPC consolidated warehouse and send them to the South China transit warehouse, and pay the express delivery fee.

Q: Which logistics orders can use the transit warehouse service?

A: EPC/Blue/A+ orders can participate in the transit warehouse project.

Q: I am currently using other collection companies. Can I switch to STO?

A: Yes.

Q: What is the billing and settlement method of STO?

A: STO nationwide delivery is 5 Yuan/2KG, and additional weight is 2 Yuan/KG. The shipping fee is settled online through WishPost.

Q: What if a large package containing multiple parcels is missing after being sent to the transit warehouse? Will it affect the consolidation of subsequent orders?

A: If you choose STO to collect the goods, after STO delivers the goods to the transit warehouse, the staff will record the weight of the large package and scan each piece to facilitate tracking and timely find the missing parcels in the large package, and the parcels arriving at the warehouse will be transferred out of the warehouse normally. If you send it to the transit warehouse by yourself, we cannot verify whether the actual goods are consistent with the goods packaged and mailed by the merchant.

Q: I successfully arranged for STO to pick up the package at my door within 48 hours, but the package was delayed in arriving at the transit warehouse. Who is responsible for the logistics?

A: 48 hours is the time point for STO to collect the parcels at your door. If the parcel arrives beyond the time limit due to STO's reasons, the order consolidation fee (50% of the freight) for EPC/Blue/A+ will be waived.

Q: Can EPC/Blue/A+ orders be packed together and handed over to the collection company?

A: Yes, you can put EPC/A+/Blue orders together and hand them over to the collection company, but please distinguish them according to the orders of East China and South China warehouses. Goods from East China EPC combined warehouses should be sent to East China HUB transit warehouses, and goods from South China EPC combined warehouses should be sent to South China HUB transit warehouses.

Q: After the package is sent to the HUB transit warehouse, how is the Internet access time node calculated?

A: If you apply for an express delivery bill offline, STO's collection node is the first node after the WishPost order is created; if you use other express delivery companies offline, the first node after the WishPost order is created is when the goods arrive at the transit warehouse.

Q: Will there be any additional charges for the Wish HUB program?

A: No.

Q: If I send the package to the transit warehouse myself, how long will it take to arrive?

A: You need to send the package to the HUB transit warehouse within 3 days.
