Development History

-In 2004, Tontop was established, its independent website tomtop.com was launched, and it joined the eBay platform.

-In 2006, we joined eBay's international platforms in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and started our cross-border e-commerce journey.

-In 2008, we expanded multiple product categories and sales channels, pioneering the "pan-channel and pan-supply chain" business model. The fully self-developed ERP 1.0 was launched.

-In 2012, we started our internationalization journey, set up self-operated overseas warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, and launched the independent research and development and design of high-end smart product projects.

-In 2015, Tongtao International, the import business, was launched; two rounds of financing of RMB 300 million were completed; the global layout was expanded, and companies in France, Spain, Hong Kong, Italy and Japan were successively established.

-In 2016, it was awarded the title of "Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise"; "Shenzhen Through Train Enterprise"; "Shenzhen Top Ten Key Service Trade Enterprises"; "Technologically Advanced Service Enterprise"; and "Shenzhen Service Trade Demonstration Project Enterprise".

-In 2017, it won the title of "National E-commerce Demonstration Enterprise" and the "Excellent Merchant Award on eBay, Wish and other e-commerce platforms"; accelerated its global layout, and established subsidiaries in Australia, Xi'an, Chengdu, Shanghai, Yiwu, Kunming, Ningbo and other places; imported Tongtao International. Sales expanded to 20 provinces and cities across the country, more than 7,000 terminal outlets; and obtained more than 30 software copyrights.

-In March 2018, the merger between Huading and Tongtuo was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
