Store opening process


1. Store opening application documents: company business registration certificate/person in charge’s ID card (front and back copy)/Payoneer account.



2. Notes:


(1) The required documents must not contain any unclear, missing or other related content that cannot be confirmed.


(2) Application form and contents for opening a store:


The signed store opening application form is in traditional Chinese.


The "Company Registration Name", "Uniform Social Credit Code", "Name of the Person in Charge", "Registration Address" and "Business License" must be exactly the same.


"Store Manager Contact Email", "Store Name", and "URL" must be filled in and clearly identifiable.


The "Store Name" must be in Traditional Chinese or English. Simplified Chinese or symbols are not allowed.


The "Products Sold" field must be filled in and can only be clothing, sports, home and accessories.


The signature field must not be missing, incorrect or ambiguous.


(3) ID card and Payoneer account:


The ID card provided must be the same as that of the person in charge of the company (it cannot be the ID card of the store manager, manager, etc.).


The Payoneer account provided must be a company account and the account name must be consistent with the company name in Chinese pinyin. A screenshot must be provided as shown below (if the pinyin is inconsistent, a affidavit must be filled out).


(4) Store link:


The link URL must have more than 3,000 products and SKUs.


Product types cannot be mostly non-public sales products (products that require electricity, such as desktop fans, etc.) and are considered 3C products.
