Function : Amazon will help you to obtain at least 5 reviews from buyers. The reviews will not be lost and will be specially marked. Currently applicable to the US and Japanese sites. Requirements : 1. The product has less than 5 reviews; 2. Amazon Transparency Program
Function : Prevent follow-selling from the source. After registration, Amazon provides a unique QR code, which is affixed to the product packaging. When the product enters the warehouse, Amazon recognizes the code and confirms that it is authentic before entering the warehouse. Follow-selling cannot obtain the code, so the goods cannot enter the Amazon warehouse for sale. When self-delivery follow-selling is also required to provide code authentication. Applicable sellers and sites : Sellers whose products are copied. Currently applicable to sites in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Japan, and India. Requirements : The brand registration has been completed and the applicant is the brand owner. Amazon Project Zero
Function : Quickly drive away copycat sellers. Applicable sellers and sites : Sellers whose products are copied. Currently applicable to the US, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Japan, and India sites. Requirements : Brand registration has been completed. Cost : Free. If you select the product serialization feature during registration (similar to the Transparent Plan), a fee of $0.05 per product will be charged. Registration steps : 1. Fill out the web form to apply at https://brandservices.amazon.com/projectzero/waitlist ; 2. Wait patiently for 7-30 days, you will receive an email notification whether your application is successful, or you can directly open the brand registration page at https://brandregistry.amazon.com to check; 3. The email or brand page will guide you to answer questions (don’t worry, the system will prompt you to choose the correct answer). After answering the questions, you will successfully pass the plan. Amazon Renewed Program
Purpose : To clear returned inventory by selling refurbished products. Applicable sellers and sites : Need to clear a large amount of inventory that cannot be sold as new products. Currently applicable to the US site. Requirements : 1. If you are an existing seller on Amazon, the ODR must be 0.8% or lower in the past 90 days; 2. Provide invoices proving that the total amount of eligible refurbished purchases in the past 180 days is at least US$50,000; 3. Provide a warranty period of at least 90 days for all refurbished products; 4. The price must be at least 5% lower than the original price.
