Submission time node:

North America : The deadline for promotion/flash sale submission is March 17

European site : The deadline for promotion/flash sale submission is March 7

Prime exclusive discounts/coupons : It is recommended to complete the submission by March 24 at the latest

Storage and logistics strategy: How to avoid inventory pressure?

Make sure your Weeks of Sales (WOC) are calculated properly to avoid low inventory fees!

The ideal WOC range should be between 4 weeks and 8 weeks, which can avoid out-of-stock and cover quarterly sales.

In order to reduce the risk of out-of-stock, it is recommended to use Amazon's automatic replenishment function first to ensure continuous supply of products and maintain a smooth sales rhythm📦



Promotion activity submission types and detailed requirements🔖


1. Top Deal Discount Requirements

Requirements: The discount must be at least 15% and the lowest price in the past 30 days (slightly different for different sites)

Other conditions: product rating of at least 3 stars, more than 5 reviews (even without comments), seller rating of 3.5 stars or more, only for new products

Submission method: Work with your account manager to submit a proposal

2. Best Deal Discount Requirements

Requirements: Discount of at least 15%, lowest price in the past 30 days, price reduction of at least £40/€40/200PLN/400SEK

Other conditions: Product rating must be at least 3 stars and only new products are allowed

Submission method: Create through the seller platform

3. Prime Exclusive Discount Requirements

Submission time: It is recommended to complete it one day before the event (March 24)

Discount requirements: at least 10% discount and the lowest price in the past 30 days

Product requirements: Rating of at least 3 stars, seller rating of 3.5 stars or above, and must be new

Submission method: Submit through the price discount function of the seller platform

4. Coupons

Submission time: It is recommended to complete it at least one day before the event (March 24)

Discount requirements: The discount is at least 5% lower than the historical selling price and between 5%-50%

Product requirements: Rating of 1 star or more (1-4 reviews), rating of at least 3 stars for more than 5 reviews

Submission method: Create a new coupon through the seller platform

Things to note when submitting a report ⚠️


Starting from February 2025 , if you use a coupon, the discounted price will be captured as a reference. Make sure your promotional price does not exceed the coupon discounted price within 30 days, otherwise it will not pass the review.

If there is no recommended product when submitting a flash sale, and you want to submit a Best Deal or Top Deal, you can submit it through WOOT compliance

The discount does not meet the requirements? Try to increase the discount appropriately, such as from 10% to 15%. However, if this affects profits, you can combine it with other promotional methods such as full-discount activities to meet the discount requirements while ensuring profits.
