In December 2016, it obtained RMB 4 million in debt financing, and the specific investors were not disclosed.

In 2017, M.Gemi completed a $16 million Series C financing round, led by BurdaPrincial Investment, an investment fund under Hubert Burda Media, one of the largest technology media companies in Germany, and participated by M. Gemi's existing investors Accel, General Catalyst Partners and Forerunner Ventures. This round of financing will be used to increase investment in technology research and development to optimize the brand's supply chain in Italy and conduct in-depth predictive analysis of the luxury industry.
