Yao Changjie, male, born in 1964, Canadian nationality, bachelor's degree, is currently the chairman and director of Shanxi Dongjie Intelligent Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd.

In July 1984, he graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Shaanxi Mechanical Institute (now Xi'an University of Technology) as a senior engineer. From 1984 to 1992, he worked in Chengde Mining Machinery Factory as an engineer.

From 1993 to 2007, he served as director of Taiyuan Oriental Logistics Equipment Factory.
