It is learned that the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recently announced the recall of Baofali's crib fence sold in Temu due to the risk of suffocation. It is understood that the recalled products are Baofali 4-in-1 microfiber crib safety fences, model numbers JJ25B-A1, JJ25B-A2 and JJ25B-A3. The product is about 52 inches long and 10 inches high, and comes in three colors: white, gray and pink. It is rectangular and has a fabric strap. Image source: CPSC Between June and August 2024, about 390 units of the product were sold on the Temu platform, priced between $25 and $30. The CPSC said the federal Infant Safe Sleep Act prohibits the use of padded crib fences, and the product violates the federal safety ban and may pose a suffocation hazard to infants. Currently, there are no reports of accidents related to this product. The CPSC said consumers should immediately stop using and remove the recalled crib rails, take a photo of the product cut in half, contact Baofali for a full refund, and dispose of the damaged product in accordance with local and state laws. Baofali is currently contacting all known purchasers directly. Author ✎ Rayna/ Statement: This article is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission.
