Recently, my friends and forums have been buzzing with rumors. I thought it was just a matter for other people, but it turns out that many sellers have encountered it. Amazon has removed a large number of Chinese seller brands... Listings are still safe and can still be sold, but the brand will lose all functions on the platform, including the A page, and more importantly, it will not be able to list new products and new listings.

But don’t worry, the Amazon investment manager also replied to some sellers’ solutions in the group. If any seller encounters this situation, you can try the following methods!

For all brand removals , a formal email will be sent to inform how to appeal. Sellers can check the store's registered email address by themselves. There is news that "recently, sellers have encountered brand registration cancellations because the brand owner and the Amazon account owner are not the same owner." Please note that this is an "error" message!!! The process of authorizing trademarks is the official process of the brand team and is not the root cause!

Complaint information required:

If the store registration company = trademark registration company a. Trademark certificate - if there is an R mark, provide an R mark certificate; if there is no R mark, please submit a trademark receipt (trademark receipt = registration receipt = TM mark receipt) - If you submit a TM mark receipt, please first check whether there is lawyer information on the receipt; there is lawyer information on the TM mark receipt, but there is no lawyer information on the R mark certificate

Purchase contracts & invoices; must be within the past 6 months, and must include the brand name

Product photos must be clear and include the brand name. Labels are not accepted and must be printed.

If the store registration company is not a trademark registration company

a. Trademark Certificate - If there is an R mark, provide an R mark certificate; if there is no R mark, please submit a trademark receipt (trademark receipt = registration receipt = TM mark receipt) - If you submit a TM mark receipt, please first check whether there is lawyer information on the receipt; there is lawyer information on the TM mark receipt, but there is no lawyer information on the R mark certificate

b. Purchase contract & invoice; must be within the past 6 months and must include the brand name

c. Product photos must be clear and include the brand name. Labels are not accepted and must be printed.

d. Submit a letter of authorization or transfer certificate. The letter of authorization should preferably be in English with official seals of both companies. If the trademark is owned by an individual, please sign, change the fingerprint, and submit the front and back of your ID card.
