The email content mentioned: "If the requested information is not received within 17 days, or after two failures above, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon . Failure to successfully resolve this decision may result in the destruction of any FBA inventory of items that caused non-authentic complaints at your own expense. "

Judging from the content, the reason for the ban is that Amazon judged that the seller was "selling counterfeit goods"? !

However, the seller responded that he did not sell any counterfeit products at all.

Although the account did have four customer complaints about product authenticity, three of them were old and did not involve serious violations.

Most importantly, the seller’s account health score was as high as 1,000, which was considered a “very healthy” account , but it was still blocked.

Amazon did not give the sellers enough opportunities to explain and directly took measures to block their accounts. This attitude of "better to kill a thousand by mistake than to let one go" made many sellers feel confused and helpless.
