In 1998, it signed a charter agreement with China Southern Airlines, creating a precedent in Guangzhou's air transportation industry; it is the first company in Guangzhou to obtain the domestic regulatory transport vehicle qualification.

In 2000, Huangpu Branch was established, becoming one of the 100 companies in the industry to carry out shipping and bonded warehousing business across customs areas.

In 2001, it became a member of the International Air Transport Association (ATA).
