Amazon's investment in British food delivery may lead to antitrust investigation

Amazon India has disabled the “search-seeding” tool, a search analytics tool that helps sellers increase the chances of their products appearing on the first page of search results, to maintain a fair business environment in the online marketplace.







LightInTheBox's third-quarter net profit was US$10 million


LightInTheBox released its third-quarter financial report ending September 30, 2019. The report showed that LightInTheBox's net revenue in the third quarter was US$59.9 million and its net profit was US$10 million, while its net loss in the same period last year was US$17.8 million.



Shopee launches large-scale logistics service


During the 12.12 promotion, Southeast Asian e-commerce platform Shopee announced that the fifth phase of Shopee's peak season rocket plan - large-scale logistics service is officially launched. Shopee's large-scale logistics service provides a one-stop transportation service for large-scale goods in the Malaysian, Singaporean and Thai markets. It is open to all sellers and can be delivered in as fast as 5 days, saving up to 88% in freight costs.
