Middle East Station: United Arab Emirates; India; Singapore.

If the seller refuses to pay the additional tax, he will be blacklisted if he wants to travel to the corresponding country.


Among the several sites, North America has the largest scale and the highest sales volume, especially the headquarters in the United States. The European site is second, but the requirements are relatively strict. Amazon's sales in the Japanese site have also been increasing in recent years. Therefore, these site countries are the priority choices for sellers when expanding their sites.

Amazon adds special accounts in 2020



Now basically everyone has a professional sales account, and there are basically no personal sales accounts. Personal sales accounts are charged according to the number of uploaded listings.

In 2020, Amazon will launch the Authorized Brand Program, Brand Accelerator Program, Brand Plus Program, and Rising Star Seller Growth Program.

Authorized Brand Program

For factories, they need to be inspected and meet Amazon's social and quality audit standards. They are also required to have lower prices than their peers. All products on sale must have reviews of more than 4 stars, strong product iteration capabilities, and good scalability. The application period is 3 to 6 months. The program operates in Europe and Japan, and the commission is 10% higher than normal.


Brand Accelerator Program

Applicable to North America and Europe, the commission is 10% higher than normal, all sellers can apply, no extension is required, the application time is 1-3 months, and can be upgraded directly. The brand owner is the seller, Amazon reserves the right to acquire the brand, and the open categories are all categories

Brand Plus Program

It is suitable for the entire site and is free, but there are investment restrictions: it must be a well-known Chinese brand, such as Moutai; a Chinese emerging brand, such as a self-owned brand; a factory-type seller, such as a traditional trade factory. This plan does not require trademark registration, and the support period is 1-2 years. The advantage of Brand Plus is that it can be sold in an effective way and can be declared as a platform activity.

Rising Star Seller Growth Program


It is applicable to the entire site and there is a fee, but the specific amount is not clear yet. Participants in the plan will have a direct investment manager to provide one-on-one guidance and give sellers some guiding suggestions.
In 2020, there are still many opportunities for Amazon sellers, but brand is becoming more and more important. If you want to do business on Amazon and do well on Amazon, you still need to have your own brand, and those who need to register their brand should do so as soon as possible.
