In addition to education, you can also do real estate. Everyone knows the housing prices in Shenzhen.

However, if you are in real estate, it is recommended to invest in luxury houses or school district houses. Although the total price of these houses is high, they are very popular (manual search: Shenzhen luxury houses are sold out in seconds + 1 million tea fee). After all, the rich people in Shenzhen pay attention to their children's education and quality of life.

With the same amount of time and effort, the commission charged for selling these houses will be much higher than that for ordinary houses.
